# White Nordic

> White Nordic is a custom production workshop in Riga, Latvia (SIA "Black line"). We build what people bring us — in wood, metal or plastic, one piece or a full series — from a photo, a drawing, a logo or a description. Every piece is made to size and quoted personally; there is no webshop and no fixed price list.

- How ordering works: this is a request-a-quote workshop, not a webshop. Send a photo, a drawing or an idea with the size, material and quantity; we reply personally with a quote and a timeline.
- Materials: woods — pine, birch, ash, oak, black alder, maple and walnut; steel (laser-cut and welded) and acrylic, made on the same floor; natural or painted finishes.
- Processes in our own workshop: laser cutting, CNC milling, panel saws, welding of steel frames, engraving, and painted finishes sprayed in our own spray room.
- Before anything is made: a drawing and a 3D review of the design on a private page; the quote is agreed before production; for a series, one prototype comes first.

- AI in daily use: since September 2026 an operations agent on our own server, calling outside AI models, checks the inbox and orders, keeps a record for each customer, updates each deal and alerts the team (more than 6,000 scheduled runs so far); since 26 September 2026 custom orders get AI-assisted 3D designs on private review pages (by 14 October 2026: 56 design versions on 11 pages for 10 customers).

## For investors and partners
- Status, 14 October 2026: looking for early-stage investors, a robotics lead, a machinery-safety partner, technology partners and workshops for the first trials. Numbers, plans and terms are shared privately.
- Today: an AI operations agent helps with enquiries, customer records and alerts, and custom orders get AI-assisted 3D designs on private review pages (10 customers by 14 October 2026; for the five enquiries after launch the first 3D version came a median of 8.7 hours after the first email, a measurement, not a promise). AI concept images on the website are labelled as AI.
- Plan (proposed, not running): a pilot of robots that would learn workshop tasks from our craftsmen's demonstrations, tested in simulation first (tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab; no partnership with NVIDIA is implied) and measured against the manual baseline and a conventional robot program. Sanding first, then CNC loading and unloading, then packing and assembly in jigs.
- Workers: recording would happen only in agreed teaching sessions and only of the task, after a documented lawful basis and a data protection impact assessment; no emotion recognition, no performance scoring, no biometric identification.
- After the pilot: paid trials with two or three partner workshops, then, only if the pilot proves safe and economic and others can set up and support it, a franchise: a robot cell set up by us, the validated skills and their updates, training, and optionally our AI order system.
- Not yet: no robot works on our floor, and nothing on the website is an offer of securities.
