About this piece
The mascara is made of rounded blue sections with a high-gloss finish, printed with white and pink lettering and a small square code. It is posed open: the long black wand and its dense brush are drawn out and cross the tube at an angle. The model sits inside a clear acrylic box, one of several clear boxes stacked on a white base, with blue panels in the cells around it.
A case keeps a model clean and out of reach, so a delicate pose like an open brush stays as it was set up. Displays like this work on a cosmetics counter, in a shop window, at a launch event or on a trade stand, and at this size the product can be seen from across the floor.
Clear acrylic cases are cut and assembled in the same workshop where the models are shaped and painted, so the case is drawn around the piece it holds. The colour, the lettering, the scale and the pose can follow your brief, as can the size of the case or a whole stand of cases. You check the design in 3D on a private page, and we agree the quote before work begins.

Questions
Can you make the clear case as well as the model?
Yes. We work acrylic in the same workshop as the models, so the case is drawn to fit the piece it holds. A case can be a single box or one cell of a larger display, like this one.
Can a product model be shown open or in parts?
Yes. A model can be made in separate parts and posed, like this mascara with its brush drawn out. The pose and the way the parts are held in the case are agreed in the 3D drawing before anything is made.
