We have worked in Riga since 1996. Our workshop makes furniture, shelving, chests, fittings and one-off pieces in wood, metal and plastic. We work from your drawings and make both prototypes and production runs.

Cutting and milling
Two more clips from the floor: a cutting head tracing a shape beside letters already cut out of a metal sheet, and the CNC router milling recesses into plywood panels.
Panel saws cut sheet materials to size. CNC and shaper milling heads make profiles, joints and curved parts. We apply edge banding to panels, then assemble and hand-finish pieces on the workbenches. Metal and plastic parts are cut and finished in the same workshop, where fittings and fixings are added to the pieces. The people cutting and fitting the parts work a few metres apart.
