In profile, the stand is a clear back set at a slant and braced from behind, standing on a narrow base that turns up at the front into a low lip. The lip stops a card or a phone from sliding forward, and the slant holds it at a comfortable angle for reading. A half-round cut-out in the outline shows that the shape need not be a plain rectangle.
A QR card at a hotel reception, a leaflet on a trade fair table, a menu card by a café till, a phone playing a video at a shop counter: stands of this kind keep each of them upright and readable. The clear acrylic hardly shows, so the card or the screen is what people notice, and the stand takes up little room on a crowded desk.

Questions
Can it hold a phone while it charges?
It can, if the design leaves room for the cable. A notch or a hole for the charging lead can be cut in the lip or the back, placed to suit your phone model, so the phone stays upright while it charges.
Can the angle be changed?
Each stand has a fixed angle, which you choose in the design. A steeper back suits a phone screen, a flatter one suits a card read from above, and the angle you choose shows in the 3D view on your private page.
