About this piece
A length of clear acrylic tube, cut at an angle across the top, stands on a round orange base. The slanted opening is lower on one side, so whatever stands inside is easy to see and easy to reach. The orange of the base shows through the clear wall, and the cut edge at the top picks up the same colour, which ties the two parts together.
Pens at a reception, brushes in a beauty salon, rolled posters in a gift shop, samples on a fair stand: a tube like this keeps long, thin things together and upright on a counter or a desk. With the base in a brand colour, a plain container becomes part of the shop's look, and the clear wall lets customers see what is inside without lifting anything out.
Size comes first: the diameter and height of the tube follow what it will hold, and the angle of the cut sets how much of the contents shows. The base is laser-cut from coloured acrylic in the shade you choose and can carry an engraved logo. If you plan several, we make one first so you can try it on the counter before the rest are made.

Questions
Is the top always cut at an angle?
No. The angled cut is a design choice that opens the tube towards the customer. A straight top suits a holder that stands in the middle of a table, and the angle or the height of the cut is set in the drawing you approve.
Could the base be wood instead of acrylic?
Yes. Wood, metal and plastic are worked in the same workshop, so the base can be oak, ash or another wood we use, with the clear tube set into it. A wooden base can carry an engraved logo too.
