About this piece
Here the letter is shown before it is cut from the sheet. The R rises from a raised rectangular step, which in turn sits on the flat white sheet, and its sides run straight down to the step with softly rounded edges. The face and the bowl of the letter are smooth and glossy, and the plain sheet around it shows that no trimming has been done yet.
Letters made this way go on shop and building signs, reception walls, exhibition stands and displays, alone or as a full word. Because the face and the sides come from one piece of sheet, a formed letter has depth and rounded edges without joins along its sides.
We draw each letter from your font or artwork, at the height and depth you need, and you check the whole set in 3D on a private page. Once the quote is agreed, the letters are formed in our workshop and then trimmed from the sheet. They can stay white or get a painted finish sprayed in our own spray room. A single letter is fine, and for a full word or a series one prototype comes first.

Do you trim the letters from the sheet?
Yes. Each letter is trimmed to its outline in our workshop, close to the sides or with a flat edge left on if your design needs one for fixing. The photo shows this R before that step.

Yes. Send the artwork or the font and the height you need. We draw the full set for you to view in 3D on a private page, and for a series one prototype letter comes first, so you see it before the rest are made.
