White Nordic is a custom production workshop in Riga, Latvia making plastic parts and enclosures alongside wood and metal work. The photographs here show finished parts and work in progress, including a two-part enclosure, formed letters before and after trimming, textured domes and bent profiles.

For a technical enquiry, explain what the part must cover, contain or connect to. Mark the dimensions and openings that matter, and identify the surfaces that will remain visible. A photograph of the surrounding assembly can help explain the relationship between your part and the objects next to it.

Housings and covers

The two-part enclosure has a white top, a dark base, a carry handle and side openings. A second photograph shows the same enclosure from above, with its raised contours and handle. These examples distinguish the outer shape from openings and attached elements. In your drawing, identify what each opening is for and which parts need to meet.

Formed shells, domes and letters

The gallery includes a clear animal-head shell, white formed letters, textured clear domes and a sheet with rows of pyramids. Some pieces are shown before trimming, making the surrounding sheet visible. Use these references to describe the surface shape you need, and specify whether your enquiry concerns a finished part or an intermediate piece.

Cut and bent parts

Bent tinted sheets sit alongside a bracket with cut-outs, a cut-metal gear shape and a plate with raised lettering. A carved foam ornament is also shown. These are examples of different part geometries. Send a drawing that distinguishes the outline, bends, openings and surface details required for your own component.

Materials and finishes

The photographed pieces include clear, white, grey and tinted plastic, metal parts and a foam relief. Our workshop also works with steel and acrylic, and uses laser cutting and CNC milling. Tell us what the part has to do, and the material and the process are chosen to suit it.

Questions

Can I enquire using an existing part as a sample?

Yes. A sample or a drawing can be the starting point. Explain what you want to retain and what should change, and include any dimensions or surrounding components that determine how the new part should work.

What should an enclosure drawing show?

Show the overall size, the separate sections and the position of openings. Identify any handle or other attached part. Include a view of what the enclosure will contain and explain how access is needed.

Can I specify a clear or textured shell?

The examples include clear shells, textured domes and a sheet with a repeated raised pattern. Send a reference for the appearance you need, together with the intended shape, size and purpose of the part.

Can you make one part before a series?

Yes. We make individual parts and prototypes, and a series starts with one prototype. The design is reviewed through a drawing and a private 3D page, with the quote agreed before production begins.

Where can I see formed letters used as a sign reference?

This page shows the shaped plastic letters themselves. Our signage collection shows finished signs and lettering in different settings. Include both the required letter shape and the intended appearance of the complete sign in your brief.
