About this piece
Both domes in the photo share the same shape. Their pattern, a ring of figures that look like leaping frogs with their heads towards the centre, stands out from the curved surface. One dome is propped on its edge to show the pattern face on; the other lies flat, so you can see how high it rises from its rim. The plastic is clear, with a faint green tint at the rim.
Clear domes serve as covers over displays, models and small equipment, as decorative panels, and as parts of products and props. A raised pattern catches the light from every side, so a plain cover becomes a decorative piece.
For a dome like this we need a drawing, a 3D file or a sample of the pattern. We draw the dome, the drawing goes up on a private page where you can turn it in 3D, and the quote is agreed before production. Each dome is formed and trimmed in our workshop, and the rim can be left wide, cut narrow or given holes for fixing. Clear, tinted or coloured plastic are all possible, from a single dome to a series.

Can you put our own pattern on a dome?
Yes. Send the pattern as a drawing, a 3D file or a sample, with the size of the dome. We draw it into the shape, and you check the result in 3D on a private page before anything is made.
Can we order several domes of the same shape?
Yes. The two domes shown are the same shape. There is no minimum order, so you can ask for one dome, a prototype or a series, and for a series one prototype comes first.
