White Nordic makes custom furniture in Riga, Latvia, working with wood, metal and plastic in the same workshop. This collection focuses on clear acrylic furniture and wooden stands, including a rocking chair, tables, a stool and supports shaped around the objects they hold.

Furniture begins with the way it will be used. Send the available space and describe what someone will sit on, reach for or place on the piece. A reference image can explain the appearance, while a sketch with your dimensions helps describe its relationship to the room and nearby objects.

Clear acrylic furniture

Clear acrylic is the visible structure of the rocking chair, the table legs, the wheeled side table and the curved stool. Some pieces combine it with wood or a cushion. The plant stand sits over a radiator. These are distinct designs, each with its own shape, supports and relationship to the surrounding space.

Wooden stands

The wooden stands hold objects with particular shapes: an electric guitar and training equipment. Curved sides, shaped holders and a crossbar organise where those objects rest. One stand also carries an engraved emblem. For a similar piece, show the object from several sides and identify the points where it can be supported.

Materials and finishes

Our woods include pine, birch, ash, oak, black alder, maple and walnut. We also work with steel and acrylic, including combinations within one piece. CNC milling, panel saws and welding of steel frames are workshop capabilities, and painted finishes are sprayed in our own spray room. For your furniture, the material and finish are agreed against the design and intended use.

  2. Drawing and 3D reviewWe draw it to scale, and you check the design from each side on a private page.
  3. Quote and approvalThe cost and the scope are agreed before anything is made.
  4. Made in RigaWe make and assemble your piece in our Riga workshop. For a series, one prototype comes first.

Questions

Can you work from a furniture sketch?

Yes. Send the sketch with the overall size and a description of how you intend to use the piece. Include photographs of its setting if these help explain the space or an adjoining object.

Can clear acrylic be combined with wood?

Yes. The table shown has a wooden top on clear acrylic legs, and the rocking chair has wooden armrests. Use these as references when describing which parts of your own furniture you would like in each material.

What information helps with a stand for a particular object?

Give the object's dimensions and weight, photographs from different angles and the points where you want it supported. Explain how it will be put into the stand and removed, and where the stand will be used.

Do you make just one piece of furniture?

Yes, a single piece is possible. The furniture is made to an agreed design, with a drawing and private 3D review before production. For an order that is a series, we make one prototype first.

Can I choose a painted finish?

Painted finishes are part of our workshop's work and are sprayed in our own spray room. Include your preferred colour and appearance in the brief so the finish can be considered with the furniture design.

Is a product stand part of this furniture collection?

This page shows furniture and wooden supports. If your main need is to present merchandise on a counter or shelf, our acrylic displays show product holders and smaller stands that may be a closer reference.
