Free-standing steel bottle display stand

AI concept for a free-standing steel bottle display stand: black painted tube with angled holders for eight bottles in two rows, and a blank panel on top for your brand plate. For producers, importers and shops, on the shop floor or at trade fairs; our workshop in Riga welds it to order around your bottle.

The idea images on this page are AI concepts — design ideas, not photos of finished work; final construction and scope are agreed for your project. The photo marked “Real work” is from our workshop.

Real work from our workshop

Bottle displays are work we know: this diamond-bin rack was built and finished in our workshop for a wine boutique in Riga. A steel stand is welded and painted on the same floor.

Decisions to make

Stability and footprint

Eight full bottles sit high on a slim frame, so the base is sized for stability when a customer lifts a bottle from the top row. The footprint, and whether the base needs extra weight, are confirmed per project; we test the prototype loaded with your own bottles.

Bottle angle and spacing

Angled holders tilt each bottle so the label faces customers and the neck rests clear. The angle, the space between bottles and the gap between rows follow your bottle's diameter and height; a magnum or a squat spirits bottle needs a different holder.

Transport and the brand panel

For fairs, tell us how the stand travels: in a car, a van or a case. Whether it comes apart into flat sections is confirmed per project. The brand panel can be fixed or swappable, so one frame carries different plates for different events.

Suggested uses

Trade fairs and tasting events

Beside a tasting table, the stand shows the full range at eye level while the open bottles stay on the table. How it comes apart and travels is confirmed per project.

Launches in a stockist's shop

A producer places the stand at the end of an aisle for a new release, and the brand panel tells customers whose bottles they are.

A wine shop's feature wines

Eight wines of the month by the door, away from the main shelves, so regular customers see what is new as they come in.

Materials and options

Materials and finishes

  • Black painted steel tube (as in the concept)Welded in our workshop. Round or square tube changes the look, and black sits quietly behind most bottles and labels.
  • Steel painted in your brand colourThe whole stand, or only the top panel, in a colour from your packaging, matched from a sample you send.
  • Brand panel in wood or acrylicPainted steel with a cut-out mark, solid oak or birch with your logo engraved, or clear or coloured acrylic.
  • Lined bottle holdersWhere glass meets steel, the holders can be lined so bottles and labels do not scratch; we try it with your bottles.

Personalisation

The blank top panel is made for your brand: your logo engraved on a wooden plate, cut out of the steel panel, or cut in coloured acrylic. With several stands, a swappable plate lets one frame serve different ranges. Size and position are agreed on the drawing.

From request to production

  1. Your briefTell us how you will use it, how many you need and whether you want a logo.
  2. Drawing and 3D reviewReview the design from each side on a private page.
  3. Quote and approvalPrice and scope agreed before anything is made.
  4. Prototype or productionFor a series, one prototype first; a single piece is made once approved.

The drawing sets the holder angle, row spacing and base size around your bottle. The prototype is loaded with eight of your own bottles and checked for stability and reach before the series.

Questions

Can the stand hold more or fewer than eight bottles?

Yes. The concept shows two rows of four. A stand for six, twelve or a single row is drawn the same way; more bottles make it taller or wider, so the base is sized again. Send the number and your bottle sizes.

Does the stand come apart for trade fairs?

It can be drawn to come apart into flat sections, with the brand panel removable. Whether it does, and how it packs and travels, is confirmed per project once we know how you move it between events.

Can one stand hold different bottle shapes?

Yes, if we know them. A Burgundy, a Bordeaux and a sparkling bottle differ in diameter, so holders are sized per row or made to fit the widest. Send a sample or the sizes of each.
