About this piece
Clear acrylic walls make up a simple open-topped box with a printed logo on the front. Thin plywood tabs with rounded top corners stand inside it, each engraved with the Latvian name of a school subject, such as mathematics, physics or technology. More tabs lie beside the box, and their darker edges show where the plywood was cut.
Divided this way, a stack of cards becomes sections that a teacher, a quiz host or a player can find at once, so tabs like these suit quiz games, classroom card sets and revision games. The clear walls show how full each section is without lifting anything out.
Pieces like this combine two materials we cut in the same workshop: acrylic for the box and plywood for the tabs, both laser-cut from one drawing, with the names engraved on each tab. The box can be sized to your cards, the tabs can carry subjects, categories, levels or names, and their number and height can change. The logo or artwork on the front is yours to supply.

Yes. Send the card size and roughly how many cards each section holds, and the box and tabs are drawn around them. For a series, one box is made first so you can test it with real cards before the rest.
Can the tabs show other subjects or categories?
Yes. Each tab is engraved from your list, so it can carry subjects, categories, levels, numbers or names in the language you teach in. The words are cut into the plywood rather than printed on it.
