About this piece
The number 3 is fixed straight onto a light grey door, close to its frame. The numeral is a deep yellow with a glossy face and a fine grain in the surface, and its edge shows a slightly lighter yellow. The shape is a narrow style with a flat top, an angled middle and a round lower curve.
A loose numeral works where a plate would be too much: a short guest house corridor, a block of serviced flats or meeting rooms numbered 1 to 9. With no plate, the door colour does the framing, so the numeral colour is chosen against it; yellow on grey, as here, is a strong pairing.
Numerals like this are drawn in your typeface or one we suggest, then cut in our workshop and finished in your colour, with painted finishes sprayed in our own spray room. They can be fixed with tape or screws, whichever suits the door. You check the shapes in 3D on a private page first. Order one numeral to replace a lost digit or a set for every door: there is no minimum order, and for a series one prototype comes first so the colour can be approved on a real door.

Questions
Can you make one digit to replace a missing one?
Yes. Send a photo of the remaining numerals with a ruler beside them, and we draw the missing digit to match the typeface, size and colour. There is no minimum order, so a single numeral is an ordinary job for us.
Which colours can the numerals be?
Any colour from our own spray room, matched to a colour code or a sample you send. A test piece can be made first, so you see the colour against your door before the full set is made.
