About this piece
The sign is made of two pieces in the same dark, matt finish. The upright panel carries a white rectangular frame with the logo inside it, drawn in clean white lines, and it stands in a groove along the top of a low base. The front edge of the base has its own line of white capital lettering with the name, so the base is part of the design rather than just a stand.
On a reception desk, in a meeting room, on a shop counter or at a trade stand, a sign like this sits where a wall sign would be out of sight. The base is wide and low, so the panel stands steady, and the white graphics contrast with the dark matt surface. The same design can stand on every desk of a company, so the logo appears wherever visitors sit.
We make tabletop signs like this in our Riga workshop, cutting the panel and the base on panel saws or by CNC milling, so the groove fits the panel exactly. You send the logo and the wording; we draw both parts and you check them in 3D before production. The size, the colours, the lettering on the base and the number of signs can change, from one desk sign to a set for every room.

Questions
Can the base carry different text from the panel?
Yes. On this sign the panel shows the logo and the base carries the name in a line of capitals. The base could instead hold a person's name, a room name or a short line, and you check the layout in 3D first.
Could a sign like this be made in wood?
Yes. We work oak, ash, birch, walnut and other woods in the same workshop as plastic and metal, so the panel and the base can be made in solid wood with an engraved logo. The 3D drawing shows your choice before production.
