About this piece
Bright yellow numerals reading 108 stand on a glossy dark grey plate with straight, clean edges. They are bold and rounded, and each one has its own thickness, so its edges throw a small shadow on the face. There is nothing else on the plate: no frame and no border, only the number.
Yellow on dark grey gives a strong contrast, which helps on long corridors and in buildings with many similar doors. It also suits places that already use colour to mark floors or zones, since the plate can stay the same throughout while the numerals change colour from floor to floor.
A set of plates like this is drawn from your room list, then checked by you in 3D on a private page before anything is cut. Plates and numerals of this kind are laser-cut in our workshop, which keeps every numeral in a series the same shape. Your version can change the plate colour, the numeral colour, the typeface, the size and outline of the plate, and the fixing. One plate is fine, as there is no minimum order; for a whole building we make one prototype first and agree the quote before production.

Questions
Can each floor have its own numeral colour?
Yes. The plate can stay the same through the building while the numerals change colour by floor, or the other way round. Send the room list with a colour for each floor and we lay out the whole set for you to check in 3D.
Can the plate be round or another shape?
Yes. The plate is cut to the outline you choose: round, square, a tall rectangle or a shape taken from your logo. Size and corner radius are set in the drawing, so the shape is agreed before production.
